I recieved an email today from what appears to be Logos customer service. The title of the email is "Restoring Your Digital Library Licenses" and the email opens by greeting me by name and then thanks me for my inquiry. The thing is, I've never made an inquiry to Logos customer service. The email has my ID correct, but also has an attachment. I'm a little cautious about opening the attachment since I don't recall every submitting an inquiry to Logos.
Anyone else recieve anything similar? Is it safe to open?
