Continental Commentary Series offer for Pastor appreciation looks good.

But does anyone remember what it was selling for before? I don't mean the phony retail price, but what was Logos really charging for it last month.

I have learned that Logos cannot be trusted on the "sell prices" and per cent off. It is good to check out the facts. Frequently they email an offer claiming a big per cent off sale on items, but in reality that is off a "retail price" that is not real. How can it be the "retail price" if the only people selling the product is Logos and their regular price is less?

I know, everyone does it, and that makes it okay. And I am sure this is a great sale on the Continental Commentary. I'd just like to know how great before I buy.

I don't know about the Continental series alone but the end of last year the Hermeneia/Continental bundle was $599 for a couple of months, then it went up to the price it is now. So you'd be getting it for the sale price a year ago.

Thanks Jonathan. That is exactly the information I was looking for. That is a real 50% savings, which is considerable. Not as good as the 66% advertised, but very good indeed. Will count my penneys.
