In .9.1 I could download both of these resources (NLT and ESV), but now the download button doesn't appear in these. They are part of my regular logos account so I'm not sure what the problem is.
I assume you have 0.9.2 and I've not had problems downloading.
However, as you have previously downloaded these resources what have you done that they need re-downloading? If the download button doesn't appear what does appear?
There's no button, not for download or remove. I tried one of the .9.2 betas before downloading this from the market.
What device are you running on?
So you are running 0.9.2?
Can you access the resources and does it appear they are loaded from your device i.e. they load quickly?
I don't have download buttons for ESV or NASB.. havn't tried any other bibles.. but I do have a download button for other resources.. maybe I just can't download bibles.
Try reinstalling. I would also restart your phone after uninstalling and before reinstalling.
