Bug: Export Biblical Places Guide to Word

Summary: When exporting a guide with the range (MIcah) containing only the Biblical Places section Logos will either Crash or simply not fulfill the request. I am using the current beta.

1. Create a blank Passage Guide with the range "Micah"

2. Add the Biblical Places Section

3. Click Show All

4. select "Print">Show as Exported

5. Select Send to to New Doc or Paste into current doc. Nothing happens. With the Biblical People section, no problem.

For the log files I selected Send to new Word,Send to open Word, and RTF save.

I was able to export the Biblical People section successfully by itself.

There are out of memory errors in the log. Does the crash still occur with a different, but equally large range?

Tried it on Amos and L4 crashed when I tried to print the guide

I don't have problems, even with a very large range like 1Sam-2Kings. That said, memory usage does shoot up, and more importantly doesn't seem to be reclaimed. I wonder if there's a memory leak here.

What's your memory usage on the logos4.exe process during this operation? Mine goes from about 275Mb to 400 Mb.

I cannot reproduce this issue, however I have created a case and sent your logs to our Development department for investigation.
