I bet know one owns this commentary set in Logos.
However, I doubt many would want to anyway.
I've never heard of this one? Is it a series?
Looks like he's done one on every book of the Bible.

Yes. Here is his wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_Smith_%28pastor%29
He has preached through the entire Bible verse-by-verse many times through. Someone (with a lot of time) transcribed one of these journeys from his recorded sermons. I decided to make personal books with these transcriptions.

Are you aware of Jon Courson's Application Commentary? He worked with Chuck Smith. I do have a couple of Smith's commentaries in paperback. He does not seem particularly undesirable to me from what little I have been exposed to. I am guessing you like his work and would like to have it in Logos. No?

Wow. You just reminded me I bought a Verse-by-Verse DVD set produced by his church that I shelved and forgot about. It is either the whole Bible or New Testament. on many DVDs in a binder. Now i can listen to it while I cruise the forums. [Y]
Yes, I own Jon Courson's commentary. I used to attend a Calvary Chapel church - in fact, God used this church to draw me to Him when I was 21. I was not seeking God, but God was seeking me. I was invited to go to church one day by a very cute girl who I liked. Of course I said yes! Now she is my wife! I was blown away by the teaching I receive while I was there. I had never heard the gospel like that before and instantly knew it was true. They taught the Bible verse-by-verse, book-by-book all the way through! It was really cool.
Anyway, enough of my life story.

Thank you for sharing. Testimonials like this carry a lot more weight with me than a sales blurb or book review. I am now eager to pull out that audio commentary and give it a complete once-through.

Thanks. For 6 long years I used to delivery pizza. I was in my car all the time! I was able to listen to an extraordinarily abnormal amount of sermons. In fact, I was able to listen to Chuck Smith preach through the entire Bible in about 4 weeks.
I downloaded Chuck Smith's [commentary] sermons in mp3 form and used to jog/walk while listening to them. While he sometimes went to great ends to attempt to explain how God may have worked a miracle, I on the whole enjoyed his presentation. It was heavy on reading the Biblical text, although I don't think all the text was covered verbatim. If my knees would let me, I'd still jog to it today.

They're insidious that way. [:D]
