Moody AM Bible Courseware

I purchased and downloaded the 32 or so individual courses from Logos. After searching in my library I found them in no particular order. Not sure what to do or where to start. Logos says call Moody. Moody says try starting at the top of the list. Seems like there should be a little more direction. I haven't found much in the forums either. Has any one else used this or have any suggestions?

I'm not sure if this helps or not, but Moody has them listed out in 4 different series. It appears they are meant to be followed in no particular order, except of that which interests you. [:)]

AM Courseware was apparently written for a previous version of Logos but is still available. It came on or with a CD and maybe now comes as a download. How well it works with Logos4 is the question.

I was looking at different certificate programs and with the Christmas discount program this year, thought I'd try this.

I have been interested in this for years. It was written for Libronix 3 and finally it appears to work under Logos 4 but only in the Windows operating system. I finally ordered it and am looking forward to working through it. I have a lot of good books from Moody as well as their vintage Scofield correspondence course. I know several fine folk who have graduated from Moody Bible Institute. Thomas Black, MVP is one.

I am sure there are many Logos users who would love to hear from someone who is actually enrolled in the courseware. If you would be so kind as to carry that banner through the process the rest of us will be happy to learn from your experience. I am trying to decide whether to download it to my tiny netbook or to install it on my iMac running Windows under Fusion. I looked at the Moody website and believe the logical sequence of courses is how they are listed there. "New Life", OT, NT, Ministries.

Kevin, do you have any update for me? Unfortunately my Moody AM Bible resources were placed in my wife's account by mistake and I am still waiting on Customer Service and tech support to get the link active in my account.

I believe the material was originally written in Libronix 3 format. I wondered if it presents itself well in Logos 4.

A Moody Distance Learning rep called me back yesterday actually. They are apologetic about the fact that it doesn't work well in Logos 4 and they don't have the IT department or resources to try and fix it. He sounded a little surprised that I'd found it on the Logos site. He thought it had been removed. Probably just as well, it is an old curriculum. Even though the updates point the user to newer resources, I don't have many of them in my library.

I will probably opt for the refund and look for another option in online courses or certificate programs.

btw Moody is working on some other options such as app based individual courses. No time line.
