Xperia download problme

I have problmems installing on my Xperia 10 phone.

I can easily find Logos Bible Software on https://market.android.com/details?id=com.logos.androidlogos. BUT, when I open Market from my phone the Logos is NOT to be found at all completely vanished. (I use my phone from Denmark, could that be a problem?). And is there a way around this?

Market may not show Logos if it is incompatible with your device. What version of Android are you running because you need v2.1 or better whilst you could be running v1.6? [on my device you go to Settings >> About Phone >> Firmware version].
