Hi everybody,

I've Set up a new Blog about Security, Coding and so on in german language.
I wanted that my first technical article should answer the question how to create splash screens
without .NET or MFC and I start to google to collect first informations.

After a while I saw this Article on your Blog: http://code.logos.com/blog/2008/09/displaying_a_splash_screen_with_c_introduction.html

I want to ask if I'm allowed to translate this Article and publish it on my Blog

But my first technical Article is about the Linear Feedback Shift Register (Cryptography).
After the LFSR-Article I guess that I'll post the mentioned Article about Splash Screen in german.
