I exported all my verse by verse notes from Accordance to an rtf file before I switched over to Logos. Is there any way I can import those in? I guess I could load them in via personal book builder, but I'd rather have them in notes files.

At present, that is your only option.

Or open rtf file, then copy and paste verse by verse into desired Note(s); likewise can copy and paste from your Personal Book into Note(s).
Suggest reading thread => Logos 4.5 Release Candidate available for ideas about using Note(s) in upcoming Logos 4.5 release.

Copying verse by verse would take an incredible amount of time. There are a lot of notes [:(] . I guess I'll pull them into a Personal Book, unless I find a lot of free time I don't have at the moment...

On the other hand, a personal book with verse links would synch with your bibles as you study, which is something that a notes file will not do. I have some notes files that I would like to export to a PB for that reason alone.
That's one feature from Accordance I miss. Notes not only had an indicator by each verse, they also compiled into a commentary like document that could easily be set to scroll with the text. Very useful and easy to edit/update.
