Export Book Outlines?

I really like the detailed table of contents that appear to the left of the text of a book, and I'd like to export them as book outlines when I do book reviews. Does anyone know how I can export the text that appears to the left of the book into a word document, other than just typing it out letter by letter?

IE: Title Page, Dedication, Table of Contents, Acknowledgments, etc.

Great question Derek - I'd like to know the answer too! (I don't think it is currently possible, but I am frequently surprised.) It would be a nice feature.

I do have one suggestion for now... Have you clicked on the "Table of Contents" link and copied & pasted?

It would be a great feature. I've found the need for this on multiple occasions. I currently use screen reader OCR software (ABBYY Screenshot Reader) to do this. Even though it gets all the text for me, I still have to fix up the line breaks and indentations manually. Here's what it does for your screenshot above (I don't know why it can't do the all line breaks properly; it does some of them):
