Unable to Open Logos 4 on Notebook -- Attn. David Hooten

Try as I might, I can't find my original post, but a week or so I posted that I can't get Logos 4 to work on my Windows 7 Notebook after upgrading my browser to (IE) to version 9. I had uninstalled Logos 4 and reinstalled as well as reverting back to IE8 to no avail. It stops working at the end of the splash screen. I had tried to open offline also to no avail. You requested that I send a copy of my log file since IE9 doesn't affect Logos 4. It is attached. Sorry for the delay in sending it, I've been down sick for several days.

Looks like you tried to reinstall a 2 year old version of L4 - 4.0a SR-3. You need to update using this link http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe

If you have another installation make sure it is closed.

Thanks David. When I encountered my original problem I tried to reinstall from my original DVD and uninstalling Logos 4. Running the link you posted solved the problem.All works fine now. Have a nice day.
