Text cut off - John Made Easy (John Hunt Desktop Reference Collection)

I was looking through John Made Easy from the John Hunt Desktop Reference Collection (if my memory is correct) and noticed at one point the text gets cut off on the left hand side. I took a screenshot as this will probably make it clearer.

Andrew - I can confirm this behavior. However, the book is "John Made Easy" by Mark Water. (I think that it is in a series by John Hunt, but he is not the author).
