Is there any way to save a certain spot in a book on my iPhone and come back to it later like a bookmark? Also, will Logos be able to sync my collections on my desktop to my iPhone so that I can do a Passage Guide or Word Study in certain books only? And why can't the iPhone app do a Word Study with all of my dictionaries that are available on my iPhone?

Yes... and no. First, I think that you will find if you close a book, it will generally reopen to where you left off. You can even move between desktop & mobile this way. I believe that there is an exception to this, however. If you leave the book open on one device, open it in another and read further, then reopen the first device, you may find that the book has remained in place.

Also, I believe that most "Logos" edition books can be bookmarked by using favorites. Vyrso books cannot.

This feature is not enabled (yet).

Word Studies on the iPad utilize Logos servers. The fact that you have other dictionaries on your iPhone is irrelevant. I believe that the dictionaries used should be your top prioritized ones in L4, but this may not be implemented yet.
