When reading 5 views on the law and gospel on my iPad any cross reference to calvins institutes brings up the French translation even though I have prioritised Beveridge on my desktop. Is there anything I can do?

The ESV, I cannot see an option for prioritising non bible resources in the app.
Mike - Sorry, I misunderstood the situation. I thought you were talking about cross references to the Scriptures. I don't think that resource prioritization has been implemented yet… at least not in the way you are wanting. Sorry. [:S]
