I have hundreds of program on my iMac but Logos 4 is the only program that is not compatible with the new OSX release.
You have already posted a comment on this issue and have heard a personal response from the Logos development team. OSX Mountain Lion was just released today, in a pre-developer release. Logos could not possibly have known that this was going to be an issue. Furthermore, they've got hundreds of other customers using Lion which deserve to have their issues addressed before they address issues for those wishing to explore a pre-beta OS.
As a beta tester you should expect that you are going to encounter issues with the OS.

Well I am sure Logos will have a 10.8 friendly version by the release but this should't be any surprise, Logos works ok for me but it still needs to be force quit most of the tim on my machine. if you really need to have 10.8 on your machine try running a virtual machine with lion so you can run logos, i know you can do it with Parallels (the free VirtualBox might work), that way you would keep your 10.8 for regular use and lion in virtualization for Logos and any other unseen (till now) problems.

James, I have the exact same experience. So far, Logos is the ONLY program I have that won't run in OS X 10.8. It doesn't even load, but gives a near immediate crash window.
I thank you very much for the heads up, it is just I think 2 threads saying the same thing is a bit much. Jonathan was just trying to point out your other post had already got official response from the Logos developers, so it seemed to him not needed. Once again I do thank you for your letting me know it gives me a heads up to make sure Logos is ML ready before I upgrade this summer.
yes, i was also surprise that Logos did not work with mountain lion os. i just was hoping since it worked so well with lion that it would also work with mountain lion, i hope that we have an update soon.
OSX Mountain Lion Preview 2 is out and Logos 4 now works. At least the 4.5b beta 4 works.

And now that we have, I can confirm what others have reported--that Logos 4/Mac is compatible with ML Preview 2. Although not having it for the last month or so made me much more familiar with the Logos iPad app :-)
