Problems with seeing resources

After I type in a search whether it be in the passage guide of word study, when the search in done and I tried drop down the menu it says NO VIEW EXISTS FOR THIS PANEL KIND. I not to versed with this so I have no Idea what the problem is. Can anyone help. Logos V4 upgrade, I have V3 the leaders library.

On windows you can use the print screen key, on Mac I don't know. On both you can use JING which is a great multipurpose and free tool:

Ah yes the snipping tool. Quite handy I use it a lot and yet forgot. That's why I wear the dunce hat.
