PB Compiler doesn't correctly handle footnotes with citations

As per the discussion at http://community.logos.com/forums/t/47534.aspx, the PB compiler doesn't handle footnotes when they are formatted as citations.

This has been seen on both Mac and Windows platforms so is a generic issue.

Is this something that could be looked at and addressed?

Thanks Graham for posting this here. I want to echo the need to include citation footnotes as its the easiest method for footnoting citations in Word. It would be great to pull those over into personal books. My attempts to do so have been unsuccessful.
