Community Pricing - One Year anniversaries

Based on my bids, three Community Pricing projects are near their one year anniversary next week, at least based on when I placed my bids:
http://www.logos.com/product/8514/the-works-of-john-gill - Sadly this valuable resource, most popularly at $40 currently, is not even 50% funded yet. I don't remember what the Logos recommended price was - is this a case where Logos suggested $100 but the stated/suggested price went down once bidding started, and therefore an inordinantly large number of bidders will be needed if these classic books are ver to become Logos content? Does anyone remember the "original" recommended price?
http://www.logos.com/product/8520/robert-lewis-dabney-collection - Further along at between 60% and 80%, only $30!
http://www.logos.com/product/8537/the-jewish-encyclopedia - Twelve volumes for $50 - seems to have been stuck at 60% for 8-10 months - anyone highly familiar with this that give it a good plug?
Two Classic Commentaries have been posted for over a year and lag far behind other sets in the series:
http://www.logos.com/product/8518/classic-commentaries-and-studies-on-romans - Only $40 for 32 volumes - how can this set still be less than 80% funded - John Brown, Haldane, Chalmers, and Plumer alone are worth more than the $40 asking price - doesn't wanyone use Romans these days? How can that be?
http://www.logos.com/product/8505/classic-commentaries-and-studies-on-psalms - Only $30 for 35 volumes! But not even 50% funded yet after more than a year. Dickson, Pumer, Perowne, Ewald, Bridges (on 119), and the list of notables goes on. Who could pass it up?
I wonder how long Logos will leave these up on Community Pricing? Not forever for sure. Lets get them funded now!

Sorting Community Pricing by Oldest => http://www.logos.com/products/search?Status=Community+Pricing&start=&sort=oldest&pageSize=15 shows a dozen older than => Classic Commentaries and Studies on Romans (32 vols.) including => Dictionary of the Bible that is nearing 100 % with a projected price of $ 10
Keep Smiling [:)]

including => Dictionary of the Bible that is nearing 100 % with a projected price of $ 10
Now that you've pointed it out, I'm tempted at that price, but can anyone comment on how useful it would be over the other dictionaries available as standard in Logos?
I'm not really surprised about the "Classic Commentaries and Studies" ones as they seem a little wordy in comparison to some of the modern stuff. However I have bid on the Psalms one.

The full text is available at www.jewishencyclopedia.com - I know it's not quite the same, but Logos seems to search it as standard. Maybe that's why it's been in CP for over a year?

I have most of the sets but this is one I'm actually not willing to pay $40 or anything close to it for. While there are some commentaries I wouldn't mind having (Gore, Kelly and Plumer), a large number of them represent a theological position which I do not hold. This in part may account for the slower progress of the set.

Hi!
I've used the Jewish Encyclopedia time by time and would really like to have it for Logos because it has much interesting information about Judaism of both Bible times and later time periods.
Faithlife Connect + several Base Packages + Luther's Works, etc.

But that is where it gets to be fun. Do you know your beliefs well enough to find where the others went wrong? [not that they are wrong but the exact step in the process where they made a miss step]
[warning if you are not strong in your beliefs don’t try finding their errors – you just might find that they are correct]

I'm in on the Jewish Encyclopedia too. It would be nice to get this one into production.
The other resource I would love to see cross the line is Classic Commentaries and Studies on Psalms (35 vols.) At $30.00 that's nicely under $1.00 per volume!

Certainly - I read both sides of everything.

yes, it's called true or false for every positive assertion - that might be a bit too old fashioned for you though.

How primitive - there goes my apophatic theology. No more epistemic logic for me[:'(]
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

If you think apophatic theology applies to the question of calvinism
Nah, for calvinism I'd definitely go epistemic

Yes, but the poor sheep are all totally dead and unable to respond to the Shepherd--he has to resuscitate them all before they can respond [:P]
