Adding Libronix .lbxlls files to Logos4?

I have a collection of .lbxlls files from Libronix 3. Is there a way to use them with Logos4?

Welcome [:D]
If Libronix 3.0g is installed on the same Windows computer with Logos 4, when Logos 4 Indexer does resource discovery, all Libronix 3.0g resources are scanned: if a Libronix resource is unlocked and has not been updated, then Logos 4 copies the Libronix resource file into your Logos 4 resources folder for Logos 4 use.
Libronix 3.0g is installed once for all users on a computer, resources folder can have *.lbxlls files that are locked (not licensed).
Logos 4 is installed for each computer user; resources folder only has unlocked (licensed) resources.

And when does that happen? I've had Logos4 installed for over 24 hours now, and my Libronix3 lbxlls files have not been discovered.

If these files contain unlocked resources, you can use them. Assuming they're in C:\Libronix\Resources, run the following command in the Logos 4 command box (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NGZrHRVr7U0):
scan C:\Libronix\Resources
Then restart Logos 4.

Note that if you upgraded from LDLS3 to Logos 4, you will need your Logos.com account (that you use to sign into Logos 4) associated with your Libronix 3 customer ID (shown in the About dialog).
If "scanning" the resources doesn't work, it may be because your accounts aren't linked together. Please call our Customer Service number to have them link your accounts.
Additionally, Logos 4 will automatically download all unlocked resources, so if they haven't automatically downloaded, it may be another sign that your accounts aren't linked properly.

The "scan" command didn't make any difference. Closing and opening Logos4 shows that nothing has changed with respect to my Libronix3 files.

Wonder how many *.lbxlls files are in your Logos 4 Resources folder ?
Typical Logos 4 installation on Windows 7 and Vista creates a Logos4 folder:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\random\ResourceManager\Resources
Personally have fewer *.lbxlls files in my Logos 4 Resources folder (been updated) than my Libronix 3 Resources folder, which is typically installed:
32 bit Windows: C:\Program Files\Libronix DLS\Resources
64 bit Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Libronix DLS\Resources

When scan command (and Logos 4 is restarted) OR resources are added to your Logos library: initial installation or additional purchases (e.g. free Vyrso eBook)
Wiki Getting Started with Logos has => Installation + Indexing
Option: could enable diagnostic logging so can look in Logos4Indexer.log file for resource discovery messages; wiki has => Diagnostic Logging

Bradley indicated something that may be an issue.
In L3 one could download, search and find results even in books you didn't own - you just couldn't display them.
In L4, books that you do not own are not downloaded, indexed, or scanned at all. There is no access to unlicensed books.

The answer is zero.

>> look in Logos4Indexer.log file
There is no such log file in my "C:\Users\username\Documents\Logos Log Files" folder. Yes, I held down the CTRL key when Logos4 launched.

Using CTRL key only creates Logos4.log file. To create Logos4Indexer.log file, registry modification is needed to enable logging so next time Indexer launches, Logos4Indexer.log file is created (or overwritten), same as Logos4.log file being created or replaced.

The answer is zero.
If Logos has updated a .lbxlls file for Logos 4, the extension changes to .logos4 so one resource has two files; Logos has updated several thousand *.lbxlls files for Logos 4 use (my Libronix resources folder has 4,496 *.lbxlls files while my Logos 4 folder has 1,653 *.lbxlls files).
For example, my Libronix 3 Resources folder has PROMISEPLAN.lbxlls while my Logos 4 Resources folder has PROMISEPLAN.logos4
By the way, wiki Using the Forums has => Reply post editor that has screen shots showing how to quote replies.

Wondering if same Logos.com account was used for Libronix 3 and Logos 4 ?

I did not have a logos.com account for Libronix 3. I simply installed the software and files from a purchased CD which contained the text of a religious periodical.

T ... ok ... this is becoming clearer where you are.
I assume to get Logos4 you created an account on Logos.com with an email address.
In Libronix, go to Tools > Account Management and enter your contact details, especially your email matching your Logos.com account. It asks you if the data is correct; if not change as needed.
Also in Libronix, go to Tools > Library Management > Syncronize Licenses (normally this step will occur above automatically so no need to do twice).
Then wait a while.
Then re-start Logos4 with the Tools > Program Settings set to internet on so that it can touch base with the Logos server and get the licenses to read your resources.
This is what I do (absent the contact details step) each time I get a CD. I run both Libronix3 and Logos4 at the same time; it automatically shares the resources after it knows the licenses.

To unlock resources in Libronix, a Logos customer ID is needed, which is typically an email address and a Logos.com account.

Libronix 3: Tools => Management shows your Customer ID
Logos 4: "?" => About Logos Bible Software has a pop-up with Logos.com account after "Licensed to:"
If your Customer ID (Libronix 3) and "Licensed to:" (Logos 4) are different email addresses, please contact Logos Customer Service => http://www.logos.com/about/contact to request your Logos.com accounts be merged.
Personally am using the same email address for my Libronix Customer ID and Logos 4 Licensed to.

When I go into Libronix 3 account settings, and attempt to change my email address to match the email address that I used when I purchased Logos4, I get the following message:
The email address you specified is already in use by another Libronix DLS user. If you are the legitimate owner of the specified email address, please contact Customer Service to update your account.

To use your Libronix resources in Logos 4, please contact Logos Customer Service to merge your Libronix and Logos 4 accounts => http://www.logos.com/about/contact
After your accounts have been merged, the scan command, followed by Logos 4 restart, should have different results (i.e. copy unlocked lbxlls files into your Logos 4 folder).

KSFJ is right ... Customer Service is the only solution. It's kind of interesting though, since the verbage in Libronix3 says the email address is strictly for contact. It's not used as the customer ID. Well, anyway Customer Service will get it back on track.
