BUG: Behavior in Home Page

It seems that now the content of the Home Page changes very frequently - I have missed quite a few opportunities to read articles before they are gone forever. The two most noticeable to me are (1) restarting Logos, which will change Home Page content (used to just change like once a day), and (2) if you go from a maximized window to a smaller window, it will reload content.

If this was by design it renders the Home Page very difficult to use because the content changes too frequently. If it's a bug well...

That could be coincidence. It had reloaded content for the day but I had the same content after restarting.

(2) if you go from a maximized window to a smaller window, it will reload content.

But it is not changed. It was re-arranged when maximized and had the same arrangement when it went back to original size.

Note: I load L4 to a layout and rarely use the Home Page.

It used to do that, and go back to the original. Now, my content is clearly different.
