how to create a prayer list

New user...want to create a prayer list...running 4.5c...Help says click File | New | Prayer List . The only options I see listed after clicking on File (New isn't really a choice) are Clippings, Handout, Notes, Passage List, Reading Plan, Visual Filter. How does one add Prayer List as a menu option?

Unfortunately, the prayer list is a feature which requires a certain "level" of base package. Among the Catholic Packages, I believe you have to have the Catholic Scripture Study Library. Here is a LINK to Catholic base packages.
