I suggest you publish this in the General forum. This is for suggestions. My thought is that you may have entered a different password from what Logos has on file. Your password determines your access. If that is the case, you simply need to log in with the proper password.
As I said in the other thread, I believe you need to delete the app and reinstall using your new password. Have you tried that?
