It says it can not find logos4.msi. What do I do? It has tried twice now...
Gregory - First, welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having troubles. I am not a windows person, so I may need to let someone else help you out. I did have some questions though that might help someone else when they come along:
Hello Gregory,
I'll contact you offline about this.
4.5c SR-3 (4.53.0.2294) is what I have now. I have it set for auto update. Twice now it has tried to install a new version automatically and each time it has failed saying it cannot remove the old version and then says something about the logos4.msi file. I have found that file in 2 different places and pointed to it but that did no good.
4.5c SR-3
4.5c SR-3 is the current release version. There isn't another update, unless you want to install a beta.
Twice now it has tried to install a new version automatically and each time it has failed saying it cannot remove the old version
That is strange.
Gregory,
Did you get my email? I used the email associated with your Logos.com account.
Thanks. If I have the current version I have no idea why it is trying to upgrade... I will just ignore it.
