As I watch the Olympics the overarching impression I take away as champions are challenged and born, is the incredible diversity and unity of man that it represents. I believe that heaven's tapestry will be like this, but infinitely better. So what's my point?
Well, we have an opportunity to experience a little heaven here on earth every time persons from other ethnic backgrounds and cultures share and sing themselves in one accord to one common goal.
Logos has this opportunity when it hosts these and other forums. And more once the request I have to make in the main body of this post is fully developed. We need more resources that celebrate the diversity of our respective backgrounds. With this in tow; I know this suggestion is better qualified for the "Suggestions" forum. Forgive me.
I think many Logos subscribers will gain from the works by a well respected scholar who also was the editor for the popular Ancient Christian Commentary on Scripture; Thomas C. Oden.

When I was an undergrad at Washington Univ. I took a course for what I thought would be an easy "A." Well, I was mistaken. One of the most important lessons I learned from this course was that if you want to get an insiders perspective on, in this case history, you will be well served going to an indigenous source. So, in deference to my professor I offer these final works.
