Crashing with Mountain Lion trying to Export to PDF

I was trying to make some resources to read via PDF format.

Since installing Mountain Lion, when I select a resource and attempt to print it (either from the printer or exporting to Word), Logos 4 crashes.  It doesn't even stay open long enough for me to make a selection.

Logs attached.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Joel,

Thank you for the logs. Can you reproduce the problem with the update to 4.5c SR-4 that was released yesterday? If it still crashes please post new logs, and include in your reply what book, and from where in that book you are trying to print. Did/does the crash occur immediately after the Print/Export panel opens, or do you have to select what you want done with the information on the right?

    Still crashes...logs attached.

I can produce it with any book but I was specially producing this crash with the Pillar New Testament Commentary (John) and I was trying to print the section covering John 15:9-17.  I pressed Command-P and as soon as the panel opens--CRASH.

    Hi Joel,

I'm pretty sure I'm able to reproduce the behavior. I did it once, but I like to double check before I send in a case. I'll let you know here if I do send one. Otherwise I'll indicate that I'l contact you offline.

Could you please also contact me with this info, Tommy?  I am having the same problem!  (I will send logs also if needed, but might need some more detailed instructions!)

Also, mine is happening with the Hebrews PNTC, so it might be the Pillar Volumes that are having trouble with Mountain Lion.

I had this issue ... it is not Logos ... I no longer use L4Mac only L4 under Parallels. For me the soution related to the new HP printer drivers ....

The solution was (copied from the Apple Forums)

"It's an issue with the most recent driver version.

Open Finder, select Go > Go to Folder and write /Library/Printers/hp/PDEs and delete hpPostScriptPDE.plugin "

Thank you!  That worked very well.

I did exactly as the instructions stated.  Still crashed at the same spot.  Anything else that could be causing this?

I put in a case about this. Looking at it, I believe it is resolved but Testing needs to confirm it is fixed. Someone will update this thread when it has been confirmed.

This issue should be resolved in 4.6 Beta 5 for beta users and in general when 4.6 ships to the stable channel.

It still is happening. The machine is quite new (maybe a month old), runs Mountain Lion (no Parallels), the Logos version is 4.60.0.2972.

When I try to export the entire library (2000+ elements) to BibTex I get the export to screen to collapse and crash the entire program (see attachement). I was able to print/export smaller results (2 to 3 pages).

It seems that it is trying to load something in the preview, but in that process does not come right.

    Help is appreciated.0638.Logo Crash Dump.txt
