Question about notes

Having swapped from using the Mac Engine to Logos 4 for PC recently, one of the big 'finds' for me personally has been notes. I was speaking with a friend the other day and he said in version 3 there were only a limited amount of notes allowed. Is this true for 3 as well as 4? I plan to use the notes to build my own exegetical resources however, if I can only have a limited amount of notes I will not do this.

Can any one help me with this one please?

I do recall hearing something about notes breaking at 2000 notes in a note file, but it was not a reliable source (they were doing something with notes that was not intended to be done). I have heard no official word on any kind of note limit.

I believe that was favorites, not notes. Can't find the post either though.
