Is there a way to create shortcuts for frequently typed commends? For example, I'd like to just have a button I can click to "close all" which I do quite often when my screen gets too cluttered.
There sure is. type "close all" in the command box but DO NOT HIT ENTER. Then drag the "close all" command from the drop down list to the section right beside the command box (called the shortcut bar).
Thanks! I had tried that, but I was dragging it from the wrong place (the command box itself rather than the dropdown list).
