Beta 3 was broken. They provided a fix here
There is a fix for the Windows version of 4.6 Beta 3 available at Logos4Setup.exe.
Please note that this build includes a number of untested code changes which could crash the program, etc. You should only install it if you are currently unable to run Logos 4 due to the "crash at startup" problem.
We hope to release a new build sometime tomorrow which will officially fix this problem, though we wanted to provide something in the meantime for those of you who are currently unable to run Logos 4.
Since then they released Beta 4 and that is working fine.

Thank you. I guess I will just download and run the installer since it won't update itself. Sorry for the redundant post. I was working on a lesson and didn't have much time to surf the forums to see the state of the beta. Just wanted to post a quick report in case it helps.
From a quick look at your logs, your installation seems to reporting a different problem so B4 may not fix it but certainly worth trying
Beta four does not fix it...Here are the logs. Think I need to do an uninstall and reinstall?

This is a new crash I haven't seen before; I have filed a bug.
The error is occurring when trying to migrate your Clippings documents to sync v2. Since it is related to your documents, uninstall and reinstall won't fix it. (I would also advise against deleting local clippings databases, because then the migration might "succeed" without actually copying your data over, which could cause those clippings to be lost.)

For what it's worth, I'm crashing on startup on both of my computers. :-(
Trying to get Logos to at least run I renamed the clippings file to clippings.bak. Now I can at least run the program but now I get the following syncing error.3312.clippings crash.zip
I'm experiencing the same crash. Fortunately I was able to get my work done on my wife's computer which does not have the beta installed. ahhh, The price of betaing :-)
Yeah I made the error of letting my laptop ugrade to the new beta. Oops.

This bug has been fixed for me in beta 5
My program launched. It was unresponsive however and then closed without generating an error alert. I have to run but will log this as soon as I can.

Beta 5 fixed the crash, I still have an error related to clippings however. 1777.Logos4Indexer.zip
I can't see any errors in the Beta 5 logs, but the indexer had been waiting an hour for you to close L4 in order to install downloaded resources. Then it seems to have stopped all work! So what happened when you restarted L4 after 8.32pm on 23rd?
