Strange Personal Book behaviour with "Heading 2" field

The document below is a fragment of a sermon which I was putting into a personal book.

As you can see the heading "His plans" is a Heading 2 field and contains a labelled link.

The screenshot below shows how it appears in the PB

While the link works correctly it results in blank text within the ToC.

Anyone seen this before? Any thoughts?

Labelled links might be a limitation in the creation of the TOC i.e. [[@Headword: ...]] will create a headword and does not appear in the text, whilst [[9:1-2 >> Acts 9:1-2]] is simply ignored.

The ones that worked (above Introduction) are direct references and you may have to do the same with these.
