trouble on Win7 netbook since 4.6 was released

The only problem I have ever had opening L4 was a "run as administrator" glitch on my netbook running Win7 Starter. That problem was fixed by following steps recommended on the Forum.

Today I tried to open L4 and install v4.60. It is flawless on my laptop, but having problem on the netbook. My logs are attached.

I suggest you update to 4.6 using the web link http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe
