Incompatible Program

I have been running Logos 4 on two Windows 7 computers (office desktop and laptop) for some time with no problems. Yesterday the desktop copy stopped running and tells me Logos is an 'Incompatible program'! The laptop is working fine. I've tried the useal tricks (XP compatibility mode, etc) but no change. Any ideas as to the problem?

Remove all Compatibility settings. Go to Programs and Features in Control Panel, right-click Logos bible software 4 and select Repair. Start L4 whilst holding the CTRL key (this will enable logging). If it crashes upload the logs (see http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging ).

Thanks. Tried that but no change. Log files attached. Computer is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, 2 GB DDR3 with Intel Celeron processor E3300.

Looks like you have a corrupt Guide in your Layout.

Open L4 to a Blank Screen (hold CTRL key whilst starting and select that option). Select an earlier layout OR build a new Layout.

EDIT: updating to the latest version might fix it without the above.
