All of the sudden, my fonts are behaving badly.
Symptoms:
- Greek fonts are displaying incorrectly that used to work just fine. For example, when using the GFS fonts, any accented letters are displaying in Arial Unicode. If I use Gentium, all characters display correctly.
- Even in Gentium, accented capitals appear incorrectly, and the spacing of them is off. Accent or breath mark appears to the left of the capital letter, and, and the letter is shifted into the following letter.
- I cannot change the fonts while the program is running. The spacing of the letters changes. Nothing else does. This is true of both the Greek and regular font. However, if I restart Logos, the changed fonts do appear.
My preferred greek font is GFS Porson. However, I cannot use it any longer.
My machine is a retina MBP running 10.8.1.
