BUG: TOC's no longer remember chosen width

Regression in SR-4:
- I save a layout with one or more narrow TOC's open.
- I shut down for the night.
- When I open the layout again the next morning I find wider, presumably default width, TOC's.
I think this happens outside saved layouts as well, but I haven't done any extensive testing.
"Shutting down" for me equals turning off the computer, but I would assume restarting Logos should be enough to recreate. Just closing and reopening the layout is not enough, the cache needs to be cleaned between steps 1 and 3.

Can someone confirm this, and/or check if it's a parity issue?
(I think I've now seen this happened with a widened TOC as well, and I also think I've seen it happen when just closing and reopening a resource, but I'm not absolutely sure of either.)

I've asked a few developers in the know, and they all say that TOC pane width is not something that gets saved. That being said, I will create a case for the suggestion that it be persisted.

I open the same layout every day. I never had to start with narrowing the TOC before I could read. Now I do. Very annoying when you're in a book where you need the TOC open.

A similar, perhaps related, bug that may well have appeared at the same time: BUG / REGRESSION: Library columns no longer remember chosen width.
