4.6a beta 1 - BUG: library paging very slow

It takes almost a second (sometimes longer) for the library window to refresh itself after paging down.  I don't remember this being a problem before this version. Single line scrolling still seems decent.

Same here. Not sure if this was an issue before, but since you pointed it out, I do notice the lag. [:)]

Dragging up and down and scrolling using the side bar seems very responsive here.

Couldn't see how to page up and down though.

Don't you "page down" by pushing on the SPACE bar? [Not sure if there is a way to go "up" using that method]

    Regards

Strange when I push  the space bar it places a space in the search field and the library disappears. Probably because I have no resource with a space as their first character.

I have been unable to reproduce this issue on my machine. Could you please include logs and a screencast, so we can get a better idea of what is going on?

Just to be sure, was your program indexing or updating the library catalog in any way at the time? These background tasks would cause the library panel to load more slowly. Library catalog updates can be caused by adding tags or clicking on stars next to resources, among other things.
