I began downloading Logos 4 this morning but my computer got turned off on me mid process. Can anyone tell me what I should do now? Do I reload, call support?

I assume you mean that you were downloading the resource files from a base package. Is that correct? I would run the installer again, but you could always contact Logos by phone to double check. Do you know how far it had progressed?
