Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working

I need some insight. When attempting to do a search on John 21:6, the application crashes and I get the Windows message "Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working" It does not happen on searches of other verses. Only this one. This one has me stumped!

Thanks. On the line with the Logos rep. She tried a search on the verse and the same message as well. They are troubleshooting now as I type. That's odd.

Hope they can solve the problem for you. L4 is new, customer support is beyond busy, so it may take them some time, but I always have been treated well.

Assuming your searching your library, it sounds like its something wrong with a particular resource.

I tried the search without a problem.

Yes, that is correct. Some additional work on the resource on their part will correct this. Nothing the Tier 2 Tech could resolve on the call.

Thanks for the info, they're working on this internally at Logos. Problem with the resouce that's being pointed to. Should be resolved in a day or two.

Yes. The tech was fantastic in handling thus far. I've only had this software about 3 days, and am very impressed with it so far. Previous Version 3 has been out since 2002, and Version 4 has only been out 3-4 weeks. I would expect that there would be "bugs" that have to be worked out!

I have L4 on two computers. One is connected to the internet and the other is not. L4 stops working and closes down on the computer connected to the internet, but on my other computer which has never been online, runs the search just fine.

This bug should be fixed in SR-7 (http://community.logos.com/forums/t/5217.aspx).
