FSB APP on iPad problem.

I was not able to navigate to today's sermon text (it would not load the FSB notes) for John 1:1 so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now it is asking me to sign in. When I use my logos login credentials I get a message "Your are not licensed for this product" However I have been using it since last May.

Might I have created a different faithlife.com account? I don't remember doing so and thought using my logos login would give me access to all my resources.

Last Night FSB app totally locked up my iPad. I had to use the on/off + Home Button restart. It locked up when downloading a few updated resources... Perhaps something is amiss?

Hi David,

A problem was found with the updated FSB and we have reverted back to the previous version. This change will not take effect until tomorrow since resource versions are updated nightly. Please let me know if this issue still happens tomorrow, and we apologize for the trouble.

so it is now "tomorrow" (Tuesday) and it is NOT working

It opens to John 1 which is where I was last reading yesterday (Monday). But if I try to navigate away from that chapter I get the spinning dial and then the app shuts down.

Is the FSB downloaded locally? If so, please remove it and download it again and let me know how it goes. BTW, did the licensing issue go away?

I just re installed and downloaded the resources. I also locally downloaded the ESV. Navigation seems to be working now for all local resources.

I did notice that even though I locally downloaded under the "library" section of the App, I cannot select the HDNT:ESV edition or NIV84 as my preferred Bible translation.
