Just updated my Logos 4 with the Abraham: Following god's Promis series, but can't get the video to work. Audio is fine, but no video. Any suggestions?
What version of Logos? What OS?

What version of Windows Media Player are you using? It should be 12.0.7601.17514.
Logos Bible Software 4.6 SR-2 (4.60.0.3010) - OS is Windows 7 for PC
Where is the video found in this resource? I have the resource but don't see the video.

Type in Abraham on your library search and you should see a file that says "Abraham: Following God's Promise: Videos"
I'm not sure, Dennis. Maybe it's because I don't have the Teacher's Edition. But I can't see a video appearing in the Library.

Tommy: Thanks for your follow up. Yes, I have the most recent update for Window's Media Player. I spent some time on the phone with a tech from Logos, but we wern't able to resolve the issue. He was great and assured me that Logos is aware of the problem and will be looking into how to fix it. I was able to download all the video materials onto my computer files so I'm good to go until the fix arrives.
