You can find compounds by doing a bible search in which you preceed and follow the lemma of the word of interest by an asterisk (e.g. *γινωσκ*).  As for synonyms, I would advise you to look at the entry in Louw & Nida and the other words in its semantic domain (I don't use L & N for much else).

This resource lists cognates - The Lexham Analytical Lexicon to the Greek New Testament, Logos Bible Software, 2011.

This resource lists cognates - The Lexham Analytical Lexicon to the Greek New Testament, Logos Bible Software, 2011.

The Lexham Analytical Lexicon of the GNT also lists both roots/cognates of compounds (e.g. αγαθοποιεω), though preposition-prefixed forms are not considered compounds.

The Complete Word Study Dictionary: New Testament (in the AMG BIble Essentials collection http://www.logos.com/product/9438/amg-bible-essentials ) lists some synonyms and antonyms, though I wouldn't consider it exhaustive in that area.

    Hope it helps.

I'm not sure I understand the question, but I use https://metanery.com for synonyms and antonyms. There's pronunciation there too, and the site goes on the iPhone desktop as an app, so cool.
