BUG: Swipe "dead spot" on Homepage (L5Mac SR1)

OK. I couldn't get any love for my BUG or FEATURE post last week, so I hunted down a bug that is perhaps related. Stick out tongue

When I come across articles which span two columns (as highlighted in screen shot below), the article area is a "side swipe" no-mans land. If I try to advance the page forwards or back by swiping over the area shown in red, nothing happens… I have to move the cursor to another area of the page. This was true of every two column article.

I am able to reproduce this issue, and will make a report to Development.

I was only able to reproduce this on Mac, and the screen shot above is also a Mac. If anyone is experiencing this issue on Windows, please let us know.

This issue continues with L5.0 SR3… although the articles which used to span two columns are now displayed in separate columns:

This has been fixed internally and will be available in the next release, it just missed the cut-off for SR3.
