Visual filter bug
I upgraded to L5 last night and most settings seem to be working from L4 but I do have a problem with the visual filters that I had set up in L4. Somehow in L5 they are not highlighting the correct word and many times only highlighting partial words. Suggestions to fix?

I had the same problem with the VFs I setup using Hebrew Morph. In Logos 4 the Hebrew was linked to the AF Hebrew morphology in L5 it seems to linked to the Logos Hebrew Morph. Once I modifed the VF to "all resources" with "Logos Hebrew Morphology" and re-keyed the search string, the VFs were visible in my interlinear Bibles with the correct words highlighted.
I still have a few to correct but needed to better understand the Logos Hebrew Morph labels before I can change the search string.

Thanks Garcia. I went to fix it this morning and there was a L5 software update last night and it automatically removed the old visual filters. I'm guessing that Logos recognized this problem and changed it. I guess that I will have to go back to each resource and do it again from scratch.

Hey Bruce,
If you mean that the visual filters don't appear in the list you can apply to a given resource (that colored three-circle Venn-diagram button), this doesn't mean the filters are actually deleted, just that they can no longer be applied to that resource.
Happened with me, I thought the same thing. Perhaps this isn't the case with you, but it might be. See if the filters are still in "Documents." This means that the underlying morphology to that particular resource has changed, and now you need to change the morphology selected in the filter.

I found this occurred because the resource used a different morphology to key in the filter. For example my Hebrew filters either were not visible in my ESV or if they were did'nt work. I changed the AF morph to Logos morph, reset the filter string, all is well now.
