Journal not downloading

The Journal of Bilblical counseling shipped yesterday however I can't seem to get it to download. The volumes all show up on the Biblia website under my account but with the title Journal of Pastoral Counseling. I've tried restarting Logos, Update Resources but this resource didn't download. I also tried deleting the resource database and letting L5 recreate it but that didn't help either. Is any one else having this issue with this resource or any suggestions of fixing this?

Did you receive an email from Logos indicating that these journals are ready to be downloaded? If not, there is sometimes a delay with a new release and it may be available to you shortly. I did receive an email notice and the journals downloaded yesterday. Other times I've had to wait a day or two for a new release. The email notice from Logos has always been more accurate on indicating availability than my orders page.

Edit: You may want to try the command "Update Now" http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4_Commands. Even though you tried Update Resources, I found sometimes one of these commands works when the other doesn't.

I got an email that was sent at 12:42 pacific time indicating that it was ready for download and that me card had been billed. I can read the resources on Biblia.com after signing in but they don't show up on L5 on my mac or on logos on my iPad.

Thanks, I tried that. If this doesn't resolve itself I guess I'll need to call Logos on Monday. I know the servers are having trouble keeping up with demand right now and I' kinda hoping that is the issue. I mainly wanted to see if this is a problem others were having as well. Thanks
