Unable to open Logos 4

Following an update I have been unable to open Logos 4.

When trying to launch a dialog box opens with the following

Dialog box about quitting unexpectedly.

Then I end up getting:

"Problem Report for Logos Bible Software 4"

Logos Bible Software 4 quit unexpectedly.

Click Reopen to open the application again. This report will be sent to Apple automatically.

Problem Details and System Configuration

Then there is the listing of the Threads.

Choosing "OK "or "Reopen"

I did the Diagnostic Logging for Mac, but was unable to attach the achieved file.

can you open to a blank layout? Press and hold the command key when starting the app. To attach the logs, use the paperclip icon in the formatting pallet.

Please use the paper clip in the forum editor to attach an archived file.

Apologies: without looking at Logos diagnostic log files, humanly have no idea what is causing Logos 4 to crash.

I have the same problem on my Mac with Logos 4. I removed the installation and am now trying to reinstall.

Apologies: without looking at Logos diagnostic log files, humanly have no idea if problem is the same or different. Logos 4 and Logos 5 are complex applications, which have a number of crash causes. For diagnostic logs, wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging#Mac

Note: some diagnostic log files have had error messages that indicate installation removal and reinstall would be helpful. Am aware of more crash causes that still existed after application uninstall and reinstall. If want to completely uninstall and install, wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Mac_Troubleshooting#Uninstalling_Logos_4_Mac
