I ran a Passage Guide on Isaiah 1 I clicked on Biblical People Should Kingdom of Judah be listed (Person)?
I think it is reasonable.
As you can see the word "people" is tagged in this way from Isaiah 1:3
For completeness - so is "Israel" in verse 3 and "sinful nation", (people laden with iniquity", "offspring who do evil", "children who deal corruptly", "who have forsaken", "who have despised" and "who are utterly estranged" in verse 4.
These are all shown in Biblical Facts as ways of referring to the people of Judah at this time.
So I think it should be there and is helpful
