Mac Issue - Stuck at Pre-Service

I am a PC user and my pastor friend is a MAC user at our church. I have no problem using the presentation program with "down arrow" and "page down" to proceed to the next slide after the pre-service set of slides. However my friend who has a MAC cannot proceed to the service section after the pre-service section. We cannot use the pre-service section becuase the MAC cannot proceed to this step with "page down" or "end" or "enter" buttons on his MAC. We like to use the pre-service for announcements, etc but when he is preaching as we have our own personal laptops for the church services.

Hope there is a fix for this...

The Mac controls should work the same as the PC controls. We will look at this further and see if it doesn't match and why. The reason this may not be working as you described, is the program will advance to the next slide in the pre-service loop, if it is not time to go to the warm-up or service section. You can still control the program by clicking on the desired slide in the "Order Of Service" on the left, or the time-line view at the bottom. These can be selected at any time, even outside of the time scheduled for the service to start.

Use Command+arrow(L&R) to advance to the next item regardless of when it is "scheduled" to show.
