How do I delete a study plan from the app via iPhone?

If you press and hold the reading plan entry you should get buttons to delete or remove (though I'm not sure of the difference between them!)

I assume that "delete" will delete the file from the servers, while "remove" just removes the reading plan from the list... The note file should remain.
