In the Faithlife app, when tapping and holding a reading plan, two buttons show. One is Delete, the other Remove. Does anyone know the difference between these two?

I am having some synchronisation problems with Reading Plans in the Faithlife app at the moment so can't easily verify this but his suggestion sounds totally reasonable
