Mobile Download Management Problems?

Hi All,
I was curious if anyone else had tried/was having problems with the new mobile download management in 5.0b? In actuality I have had two problems and I'm not sure if they're related or not.
The first and most minor problem is that in my library view, when I select the column "Devices" everything shows up and works fine. However, when I close the library tab and re-open it, the column "Devices" has disappeared. I have no idea why.
The second and more concerning problem is that I can't seem to get the sync function to work. After downloading 5.0b I waited a while for my library to update it's catalog. Then I went through and unchecked several books that were on my ipad that I wanted removed and checked a book that wasn't on my iphone that I wanted to download. I then clicked the sync button and restarted both devices, but nothing has happened. I've been starting, closing and restarting both devices and the desktop for about an hour so at this point I think something might be wrong.
I was curious if anyone else has tried the MDM either with success or had similar problems.

Definately concur with the minor problem of disappearing device column. Will check on second more concerning problem.

Both problems are/were confirmed issues. There was a thread on this, but I don't remember exactly where it was.
I and using an Android device and Microsoft W7 desktop. The column problem still exists, however, I can now remove a title using MDM and it will be removed on my device as well. Again, I am using Android. IOS may still have this issue.

I'm experiencing the same problem Ryan. Downloaded a book to my iPhone 5 and it does not show up under devices in library on desktop computer. I've tried everything I can think of. Synched several times, shut down and restarted several times. Maybe I'm be being a little impatient and the programs need a little more time to refresh. I'll keep checking and let you know.

These problems were reported in the beta testing.
The device download/upload issue isn't confined to iOS as it occurs with my Android phone. Logos should provide some feedback on a fix.

Thanks everyone. I feel better knowing I'm not the only one with this issue. I guess the next step is for me to call Logos and see what they say.

It looks like the new iPhone and iPad app have fixed the sync problems, but I still have the device column problem. I'm just curious if anyone else has the device column problem also?

Yes. The device column isn't "persistent" after a close.

I received an email today stating that the persistent device column is a known bug they are trying to fix. They are hoping to have it fixed in the next update but may not have it done in time.
