Create a Collection--Alternate site other than "You Tube"?

Where can I get information regarding "How to create a collection (archeology, history, & culture) resources" other than at the "You Tube" site copied below? My physical location is in the country of Turkey, where the "You Tube" site is blocked and completely unavailable for access. Thank you so much and many blessings to you all. --Fay

Are all video sharing services (Vimeo?) blocked, or just YouTube?

Second segestion is use a program like Tor this will rought your internet trafic through another country and buypass your countries inetnet filter.

If you cant get it let me know and i will find another tool for you!

China also blocks youtube (I am in Beijing)...some Logos users have posted "homemade" instructional videos which was a HUGE help...youtube was a bad choice for many (christian) reasons... these videos should be stored at logos.....
