Has anyone had problems trying to complete a (free) order for the book of the month "Life in a Risen Saviour"? I have tried from different browsers but the "Proceed" button does nothing.

I am using a quad core PC running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1. I own LOGOS 4 Platinum with the LOGOS 5 minimal upgrade .
I am using a MacBook Pro (intel) and the Safri browser. I have tried Firefox and chrome but still experience the Sam behavior.
I tried safari, chrome and Firefox
I just tried on an iPad with Safari and it did not work. Maybe some kind of a problem with the Java script?

I was just able to "purchase" the book after numerous failed attempts. I think the issue must be with the Logos servers.
My first attempt that failed, I used the "Quick Buy" button. I deleted my cart and then used the "Add to Cart" button and it worked flawlessly.
